Payment must be made within 7 days after the submission of the registration form. Payment can only be made through cash deposit or bank transfer to our account. Your registration will only be confirmed only after you have faxed or emailed the proof of payment to us. Registration confirmation/receipt and further information will be mailed to you. Cancellation/Changes and Refunds: 
If you are unable to attend, a replacement participant is allowed at no extra cost provided.  Written notice is given 21 days prior to the conference.  No refund can be made for cancellation.
